E9 Ergo Vest

The E9 Ergo is a load-bearing MOLLE vest with a fully integrated harness system that anchors the vest to the operator, creating a stable, less injury-prone carry platform. It's a breakthrough in load carriage design, developed and tested with Lincoln University and trialled extensively with a variety of UK police forces.

By moving the adjustment points inside the vest, the key weight-distribution points sit closer to the user, spreading the forces on the body from both static weight and inertia when moving quickly. At its core, the E9 is defined by its internal harness and cummerbund system: close the Velcro cummerbund, then the front zip and waist buckle, and you're ready to go. Once the back-height adjustment is set, every other adjustment can be made while worn, useful for fine-tuning the fit as layers underneath change.

The internal harness is closed off from the outside, keeping the vest's outer MOLLE free of loose straps or webbing. The E9 is designed to be truly unisex; it underwent extensive wearer trialling among female officers during development to ensure comfort and utility for both men and women.
