Terms of use

These terms of use govern the use of the PAMPERO online store and all purchases made through it. By submitting an order you accept these terms.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that mandatory provisions of Serbian law guarantee to consumers.

The Serbian version of these terms is the authoritative text; this English version is provided for convenience.

The PAMPERO online store is operated by PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD, a company with its registered seat at Vojvode Petka 14, 11118 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Tax ID (PIB): 100218114. Company registration number: 06329748.

Purchasing at the PAMPERO online store takes the following steps:

1. Select an item and add it to your cart by clicking "Add to cart". 2. Review the contents of your cart and click "Proceed to checkout" when you are ready. 3. Enter your delivery and contact details, choose a payment method and accept these terms. 4. Click "Order with obligation to pay" to submit your order.

The order is deemed submitted when we receive your confirmation email. The sales contract is concluded when PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD sends you an order confirmation email. The contract and order details are stored in our system and are accessible to you on the order status page. Before submitting, you can review and correct errors by clicking "Back" or editing your cart. The store is available in Serbian and English.

The presentation of products on the site is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer by the seller. By submitting an order through the cart, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products under the conditions valid at the time of ordering. The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the email in which PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD confirms the order.

Orders can be placed without creating a customer account. Accurate delivery and contact details are required to process an order, and the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled (for example because stock has run out), we will notify you without delay and refund any amount already paid in full.

All prices on the site are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include value added tax at the rate of 20%. The price valid at the time the order is submitted is binding and is restated in the order confirmation. Delivery costs are not included in product prices and are shown separately in the cart before the order is confirmed.

An approximate value in euros and US dollars may be shown alongside the dinar price. That conversion is indicative only, is made at a publicly available reference rate, and is not an offer in a foreign currency — the dinar amount is the amount charged and invoiced.

Some articles carry no displayed price but the note "Price on request" instead. Such articles cannot be ordered through the site and their listing does not constitute an offer; we confirm price and availability by telephone or e-mail.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example a disproportionately low price caused by a technical or typographical mistake), we reserve the right not to confirm, or to cancel, the order, notifying the customer and refunding all amounts paid.

One payment method is currently available: cash on delivery, paid in cash to the courier when the parcel is handed over. The total amount payable to the courier is always shown in the cart and in the order confirmation, with no additional charges.

We deliver by courier service within the Republic of Serbia. The delivery charge is 490 RSD per order. The delivery charges in force are always shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The conditions, procedure and consequences of withdrawal, including refunds and return costs, are described in detail on the Returns page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD is liable for any lack of conformity of the delivered goods with the contract for a period of two years from the date the risk passes to the consumer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer chooses between repair and replacement; if a defect appears within 30 days of delivery, the consumer may directly request replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. A complaint about non-conforming goods, an incorrectly calculated price or other defects may be filed by email at office@pampero.rs, by phone at +381 11 329 00 75, or in writing to the registered address, together with proof of purchase (the fiscal receipt, or the order number and the email address used when ordering). We respond to every complaint within 8 days of receipt and resolve it within the statutory deadlines. The full complaints procedure is described on the Returns page.

The content of the PAMPERO online store, including texts, product photographs, graphic designs, the logo and the PAMPERO name, is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD or its suppliers. Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using the site's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is not permitted, except to the extent expressly allowed by law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices and stock data on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the site is available at all times or entirely free of errors. Product photographs are illustrative and may differ in detail (for example in colour shade) from the delivered product without affecting its essential characteristics.

The limitations in this section do not exclude or limit the seller's liability where mandatory provisions of Serbian law do not permit this, and they do not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD is legally obliged to participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution proceedings. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may initiate proceedings before a body on the list of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies kept by the ministry responsible for consumer protection. Proceedings last no longer than 90 days; initiating out-of-court proceedings does not exclude your right to seek protection before a court.

These terms of use and all contracts concluded through the online store are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or out of court fall within the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Serbia, provided that territorial jurisdiction in consumer disputes may not be agreed to the consumer's detriment.

PAMPERO DOO BEOGRAD may amend these terms of use to reflect changes in regulations or in its business. The current version of the terms is always published on this page, and amendments apply from the date of publication. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time they were submitted.
