The Arktis M170 Classic chest rig was made famous during the first Gulf War by British forces, and later carried by the SAS's Bravo Two Zero patrol and by special forces operating in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is a classic, simple and exceptionally durable design that has stood the test of time.

The rig carries three flapped magazine pouches and two GP (general purpose) pouches, letting the wearer carry a full combat load in comfort. Each pouch holds 3x 5.56mm 30-round magazines, 3x 7.62mm 20-round magazines, or 2x 30-round AK magazines.
