The Double Clutch USB is a headlamp whose facecap twists to switch between spot and flood beams and between output modes, and it's designed to be operated even while wearing gloves. A locking mechanism keeps the cap from shifting accidentally during wear.
It's a multi-fuel light, running on a built-in USB-rechargeable lithium polymer battery with a charge status indicator, or on three AAA alkaline or lithium batteries when charging isn't an option. A low-profile build and a 60° tilting head keep the center of gravity comfortable during long wear.
The housing is durable, impact-resistant polymer with an IPX4 weather-resistant rating and 2-meter impact resistance testing. Each unit includes a USB cord plus adjustable elastic and rubber hard hat straps, with an optional AC wall adapter available. It's manufactured in the USA from US and foreign parts.
