The TLR-8 HL-X is a high-lumen, rail-mounted light with an integrated red aiming laser, engineered to produce a longer reaching, tighter beam. It accepts a Streamlight SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable protected lithium-ion battery pack (included) or a single CR123A lithium battery.
With the SL-B9 pack it delivers 1,000 lumens, 22,000 candela and a 297 m beam for 30 minutes by default, or is programmable to 500 lumens / 11,000 candela / 210 m for a 1-hour runtime; laser mode runs 29 hours. With a CR123A battery it puts out 500 lumens, 11,000 candela and a 210 m beam for 1.5 hours.
Ambidextrous rear paddle switches offer HIGH and LOW options, a safe-off feature prevents accidental activation, and the tool-free rail-grip clamp system makes for quick, secure mounting.
