The TRU-SPEC H2O Proof Gen II ECWCS Parka is a waterproof/breathable outer shell built from a 3-layer taped-seam fabric, part of TRU-SPEC's ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System) line. It is meant to be worn in foul weather, alone or over cold-weather layers.
This lot comes in two colors: black (photo confirmed from the official site) and the older ACU Digital camo pattern, which TRU-SPEC no longer offers in its current lineup (replaced by Scorpion OCP), so no photo is included for that color.
